Why SuperHabits Works
Most people already know how hard it is to change—even when they want to. Without the right support, it’s easy to fall back into old patterns. That’s because the real barriers to change aren’t just about willpower or motivation—they’re rooted in the subconscious mind: limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, emotional triggers, and low self-trust.
SuperHabits is different. Instead of starting with surface-level behavior, we go deeper—using our unique, consciousness-based approach to clear the inner resistance that blocks lasting change. This creates a strong foundation for real, sustainable progress. Through our SuperHabits System, program participants are guided step by step to: understand who they are now, clarify what they truly want to change, and discover how to bridge the gap to get there. The result? Habit change that’s not only easier—it actually sticks.
The SuperHabits System

Over the course of the 10-week program, participants learn a variety of proven tools to help them change the specific habit they’ve chosen. Each recommendation is personalized based on their mind-body type, recognizing that different types need different strategies for habit change to be successful.
Each week, participants apply their tailored recommendations, discovering what works best for their unique patterns and preferences. By the end of the program, each person will have built a customized habit change toolkit—designed to match who they are and how they thrive.
